Dr. Bui

Born to a poor immigrant family of 6 kids in Alabama, Dr. Bui graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received the Health Professional Scholarship for his academic achievements. After graduating Dr. Bui worked at South Cove Community Health Center where he treated low income immigrants in Boston, MA.  Following an extended period, he moved to Houston where he has been since 2007.

 

Growing up without financial means and with crooked teeth, Dr. Bui understands the complexity of not being confident with one’s own self image. At Issy Dental, Dr. Bui compassion for his patients can be seen by his desire to give them the best possible smile at the most economical means possible.

 

 Dr. Bui currently resides in Houston Heights with his wife, Isabel, and son, Dothan, and their two Old English bulldogs, Dwight Schrute and Christina Yang. In his spare time, Dr. Bui enjoys painting, playing soccer, and watching the Houston Rockets and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
