Hani has 15 years of professional banking experience in the MENA region, working in various roles from analyzing credit to filtering investments. He brings a wealth of experience in terms of debt and fund raising. During his career he reviewed over 1000 credit cases from small and medium sized businesses to large corporates. He was the youngest member appointed in the bank’s credit committee. This has served as the foundation for his analytical abilities with a deep understanding of macro and micro factors that affect our daily investment decisions. A well rounded financial professional, his competencies lie in financing and corporate restructuring.
Prior to founding Kairos Group, Hani worked for Federal Bank of Lebanon as a Senior Credit Officer covering SMEs whereby he developed two retail products. In 2002, upon a move to the United Arab Emirates, he was appointed by BLOM France to review credit proposals for branches in Dubai, Sharjah and Oman. Afterwards, he welcomed a relationship management role with Dubai Bank upon which he handled a portfolio of approximately AED1.5 Billion constituted of large corporate facilities. Eager to build his experience in the investment banking field, he was hired by SHUAA Capital on the regional desk, handling the placement of various asset classes from mutual funds, private equity, private placements, public equities and fixed income.
He obtained his BS degree from the State University of New York.
Adel Merheb

Adel Merheb is a seasoned financial professional with a decade of experience in regional and global financial markets. He is the founder of TradeYourMarket.com, a newly established independent trading advisory network that solicits institutional business while also targeting active retail traders in the region.
Prior to founding TradeYourMarket.com, Adel was the Chief Technical Analyst at Shuaa Capital p.s.c, one of the very first investment banks in the region. His ability to consistently be on the right side of the market earned him the reputation of a top analyst among a growing list of followers.
Adel has also assumed various investment roles over the years working alongside the investment banking and treasury teams at Mashreqbank. He is affiliated with the Market Technician Association (MTA) as well as the CFA institute and holds a degree in Business (Finance) from the American University of Beirut, graduating top of his class with a merit of Distinction.
