BY JOINING AS a MEMBER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS - 1-15​

11/ The courses and materials contained within our Paid Members Area, and made available to all paid members upon joining, shall be deemed as payment in full in return for their $5 monthly admin fee payment, with no further obligation or responsibility in regards to residual/passive incomes accrued.

​

12/ All monthly incentive referral fees and administration fees paid are by choice of every member, and never out of obligation, to hold and secure said membership (one cannot be without the other). KEVIN will graciously provide, a $5 administration fee refund, for the month in question, if requested, without reservation, however, the incentive referral fee, as it is paid to the person who referred the member in question, that part is out of our hands. At the same time, we (KEVIN and his company), will honor and respect a cancellation request from any rightful owner/member, at any time, without penalty or question.

‘Regarding CANCELLATION – KEVIN’S’ declaration/promise to you is as follows:

​

• “A SIGNEE joins by making two small payments only, a $5 monthly administration payment/commitment, and a $25 monthly incentive referral payment/commitment (to the person who referred SIGNEE), which the latter, is returned (breakeven point), almost immediately, when a SIGNEE refers their very first person, who joins UM Inc. This leaves a SIGNEE with a $5 monthly commitment only, to administration of UM Inc., no more ($), no less, for full, unlimited membership access.

• In KEVIN’S estimation, cancellation is never in the best interest of a SIGNEE – because of the minimal monthly amount being paid out ($5), compared to what may be coming in (realistically, would always amount to more). However, with or without a law, a SIGNEE’S decision to cancel, in KEVIN’S humble opinion, always remains 100% their decision to make (cancel anytime without penalty), without question, when SIGNEE and/or representative, simply submits a 10-day courtesy notice, prior to renewal of their 30 day billing cycle, set from original registration date, and sent using our contact form on our website with “PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT” added to subject line.

• In the rare case, that a member does choose to cancel/forfeit their membership, our system will automatically replace this member, if it was a surrendered referral and not a personal referral. EXAMPLE: Because all members agree, prior to joining our membership, if they choose to refer others, that they will surrender their 2nd and 4th referral, as a maximum and grateful, thank you, to the person who referred them, plus as an incentive to increase earning potential for every member, equally, if they choose to generate extra income, then if the member who cancels is a surrendered member, then our system identifies who referred or surrendered and replaces automatically, if said member is not an actual personal referral; Bob refers Joe and Joe quits, is a direct personal referral. If Bob's 2nd and/or 4th referral is Mary and Mary quits, then our system automatically replaces Mary, from the next referral that Bob makes, so that no one is left with an inactive/dud referral.

13/ Members understand that all payments will be made to and by them, directly, from our exclusive payment processor (www.mypaxum.com), from those who have been referred, who also have their own accounts with same payment processor, and not us, therefore, any problems concerning payment processing, should be taken up with the respective payment processing provider (PAXUM). Concerning member to member issues, UM Inc., will be happy to assist to clarify and/or resolve issues.

14/ Everyone understands, their role as a member of the Unselfish MOTIVES (Inc.) Membership and its ZEAL leg, does not constitute a partnership, or employer / employee relationship, and all members are considered independent contractors, responsible for their own bookkeeping, taxes, and reporting, where applicable (Always secure your own accountant advice-taking advantage of being self-employed-ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, claim all the money you bring in).

• NOTE: Members are encouraged to have a local tax firm do their taxes, yearly as required—always claim/report all monies earned—be responsible and accountable and you will reap accordingly...not to mention, your children and grandchildren as they learn from the model you portray. PS: The more one gives, the longer what one has, will last. KMS

 

15/ Members agree to accept email updates (99.9% in-house back office contact system) regarding our membership. We will never abuse this privilege and it will always be to the benefit and best interest of each and every member...and their information (email address etc.), will never, ever, ever be sold or shared in any way, shape or fashion, as customary with online business practices.
