BY JOINING AS a MEMBER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS - 1-15 ​

6/ No member shall use company name, or any part of company name, Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., and/or Membership, UMM, or ZEAL Referral Program, or Unselfish MOTIVES or the ZEAL name, independently, in any personal materials, or in choosing domain names, or emal (unselfishmotives@gmail/yahoo/aol etc.), printed or otherwise, for the purpose of advancing, promoting or referencing their membership, without permission granted by company, on company letterhead, via watermarked email, signed by Kevin Simpson.

 

• Members can use company references to identify whom they are affiliated with, when all credit is given to the company, but not as though they are a company representative, or using company names or any part of said names, as their own.

 

7/ Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we, or anyone else involved in creating, producing or promoting our membership (UMM), be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that results from the use of, or inability to use this service, and all the files and software contained within it, including, but not limited to, reliance on any information obtained through this service; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to our records, programs or services.

• NOTE: This is huge in respect to following our suggestion of a 98% offline effort (not online, but offline, face-to-face), and in working first, with those whom we love and/or respect the most. If members take this online, they do so against 16 years of testing and research.

8/ USE OF OUR SERVICE -- The following actions may result in the immediate termination of your membership without recourse and should NOT be done:

​

• Sending unsolicited email messages to non-members or Members of UMM. Those caught spamming or otherwise causing harm to our program will have their accounts terminated, and may be prosecuted for their actions. We will always investigate all allegations prior to action being taken. [SUCCEED OFFLINE – FAIL ONLINE.]

• Posting messages that contain a members affiliate link in Newsgroups that are unrelated to that product or service. DO NOT MARKET ONLINE

• Sites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, or criminal activity. DO NOT MARKET ONLINE

• Members caught or reported to be abusing and soliciting fellow members of our system, with get-rich-quick, guru programs or systems, will be terminated immediately from our system, without recourse. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable...not to mention, one very serious waste of time that leads to greed and self destruction. NOTE: This practice is typical of online scam mentalities and money-first-leadership, which played a huge role behind the reason for founding Unselfish MOTIVES Inc. and its ZEAL Referral Program, and what founder believes to be 100% responsible for the 98% online business failure rate.

• All courses/materials and products offered within our members area, remains 100% copyrighted, protected and owned by Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., and/or its affiliates and is to be utilized by paid members only, and is not to be shared with unpaid members, at any time, under any circumstances. If someone is caught doing so, they may have their membership terminated, effective immediately. ​

• NOTE: This is not about the money, or even privacy, because all material is protected; when people get something for nothing, they learn as much from it...NOTHING...ZIP! By paying someone's way, we are hurting them more than helping them...especially when we are talking only $5 a month.​​​

9/ We reserve the right to add or delete material and make changes to the service within this site, including our agreement, without notice. This action is highly unlikely, at anytime, without getting member feedback, however, short notice action is sometimes required; Unselfish MOTIVES Inc. is about people and its membership.

10/ We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement (according to date of registration and not from later changes, prior to posting for all to be aware), or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing our service, harassing other members or our administration in any way.
