As required by law, for the protection of the Founder of 'Unselfish MOTIVES Membership’ (UMM), and the ZEAL Referral Program leg, Kevin Simpson, from here on in referred to as 'KEVIN,' and all interested and prospective members, from here on in, referred to as the 'SIGNEE' (individual or group), this document is presented and made available, to you, the ‘SIGNEE,’ to read and agree upon, prior to proceeding and accepting membership.​

1/ ​“The decision to become a member of ‘UMM,’ is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the SIGNEE and/or their representative’s. SIGNEE understands, that by becoming a member of Unselfish MOTIVES Membership (UMM), that said company,  and/or KEVIN, can promise or guarantee nothing to members. KEVIN, does promise each SIGNEE who becomes a member, immediate and unrestricted access, to the Membership back office, once their paid membership is completed ($25 monthly incentive referral fee to the person who referred SIGNEE, and the $5 monthly administration fee), with full access to a growing library of some of the finest educational, inspirational and leadership courses and materials.

• KEY: No one is obligated, by any means, to participate in the ZEAL Referral Program (Addressed within); many will choose their membership based on the courses and materials, and what's to come only.

• To truly benefit, from UMM, above and beyond the learning element, a SIGNEE, without obligation, might consider the ZEAL referral program, fulfilling Option 2 (refer 2) or Option 3 (refer 5), as found under button #1, on the home page of company/member's website. All members are strongly encouraged to avoid the faceless, online marketing approach, and focus on those whom they know, love and/or respect the most; UMM is not something people don’t need, don’t want or can’t afford!

• If SIGNEE chooses to participate in the ZEAL referral program, a key component within UMM, which the majority of members will probably participate, again without obligation, SIGNEE too, can reap financial rewards from this magnificent ideal. ZEAL offers a unique, incentive referral concept that rewards those who choose to promote our unique membership and its benefits.​

​​2/ Any abuse of our payment processing company agreements (Our chosen personal payment processing provider, www.mypaxum.com a 100% separate entity), as recognized by us and said firm, including Credit or Debit Card abuse, account abuse, their referral program abuse, money laundering, or involvement in any restricted or prohibited activities (Terms 3-4), will not be tolerated by this membership company (UMM), and will be reason for immediate account suspension, and if warranted, permanent cancellation of membership with UMM, without recourse, following a thorough investigation that finds our member to be guilty as charged.​

• When registering for your free personal payment processing account at www.mypaxum.com, you will be introduced to an option (nothing to do with us - UMM), to get a Paxum Prepaid Debit MasterCard. This is not essential however, it does carry, many benefits as you will see. Also, an ANNUAL charge of $45 USD + modest transaction usage fees comes with said card. Be sure to read FEES and FAQ on your Paxum site once registered. NOTICE: When you visit www.mypaxum.com, prior to opening your personal account, be sure to read FAQ, noting #3 on restricted countries in which we are unable to take on members for the time being--our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.​

3/ Proof of paid membership is done automatically in our system. Any unauthorized accounts will be terminated and removed from the system on the 30th day, past due date, for reason of non-payment—UMM, its creator, operators, employees, assigns and successors, if any, or all, shall not be held liable for lost residual/passive incomes as a result of said personal negligence.

• All payments are set up as, automatic monthly subscriptions -- $25 monthly to our referrer, and $5 monthly to administration...no more, no less, and of course, can be cancelled, by SIGNEE’S, at anytime without penalty.

• ALL MEMBERS take FULL RESPONSIBILITY of making certain that their payment source is funded sufficiently, and if Credit Card is used, that its expiry date is up to date with necessary funding amount available when due. Being accountable is a sound and essential lesson for all people, leaders, or otherwise.​

4/ All SIGNEE’S when joining, must have a valid email address and they agree to notify us if said email address changes.​

5/ We make no claims on how much money a SIGNEE/Member can make while participating in the ZEAL Referral Program, nor should any member.

• One’s ability to generate incentive referral fees depends solely, on the motivation and ability to simply take one’s own UMM/ZEAL program and refer/share/pay-it-forward as suggested to 2, 5, or more referrals, by choice, out of selflessness and empathy of others in need of their own miracle, and do so to whatever extent they choose to attain. Individual results will vary.
